How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on which option you choose at checkout. Here are the typical estimates for US orders:

Standard: 3-11 business days
Priority: 2-3 business days
UPS Overnight: 1 business day

Just a heads-up, these are estimates, so your package might arrive a day or two on either side. We'll always get it to you as quickly as we can!

We believe everyone deserves clothes that actually fit. We don't use standard sizing because, let's be honest, it doesn't really work for most people.

We ship from both the US and the UK!

You'll see a message in your basket confirming where your items are shipping from. We keep your everyday essentials in our local US warehouse for super fast delivery, while the rest of our full range (like latest drops and limited editions) ships straight from our UK HQ.

This means you get access to everything. And don't worry about tariffs, we're covering all customs and duties, so you won't pay extra fees on delivery.

How do I know if a product is on pre-order?

When you select your size and colour, the Add to Cart button will update to show Pre-Order if the item isn’t in stock yet. You’ll also see helpful details like the estimated shipping window and Purple Dot protection.

Plus, you’ll receive a friendly Pre-Order Confirmation email so you can keep track of everything easily.

What happens if my order includes both in-stock and pre-order items?

We’ll send any in-stock items your way as quickly as possible, so you don’t have to wait! Your pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they’re ready. You’ll see an estimated shipping window when you place your order.

I wear size E1 in Snag jeans. They’re snug when I first put them on but quickly loosen up and are a great fit, so I ordered E1 in the shorts. They fit but really I’d picked the wrong size as denim shorts really need to be a bit of a more relaxed fit, so I changed to E2 which is better. If you’re between sizes like me size up.

Lovely shorts, no real USP but great quality. Personally I’d like them a couple of inches longer, but that’s just my opinion.

I had high hopes for these shorts but unfortunately they were too loose on my thighs and gave more the appearance of a denim skirt. They fitted well on the waist and were clearly good quality, but I don't think these are a good fit for apple shaped people. Probably a better style if you're more of a pear/hourglass and have larger thighs with a smaller waist.

Not the right shape for me

The colour and fabric are lovely. It's quite thick denim, so I imagine it will cope with quite a lot of wear. I didn't like the cut on me, however. The high waist felt restrictive on my tummy and I would have liked a longer design. It somehow covered too much and too little of me at the same time. My middle felt restricted and hot, and you could definitely see butt cheek. Not for me!
