We think period wear should be made for every body, so we fixed it. Our first-ever period pants are here, and we can't wait for you to try them.

Most period pants stop around a US 16. Even the "size-inclusive" brands top out at a 20 or 22. Ours are made and tested in every size, 1 to 34.
We spent two years getting these right, and every wear trial came back the same way: they fit, they work, and they're comfortable enough to forget about. Now we want to hear it from you. We've made 2,000 pairs to start. Wear them, and we'll email you about 10 days after your order arrives to ask how they went. Love them, and they're staying for good.

Three flow options to get you through the week, sizes 1 to 34.
Periods are PERSONAL. Your flow, your cycle, your comfort, it all varies and so we want you to treat these answers as a guide and consider your own experience first and foremost.
Knickers that do the job of a pad or tampon on their own. They're developed from our bestselling Snag knickers, with extra layers of specially designed fabric in the gusset that absorb your flow and help prevent leaks. Wear, wash, wear again - a reusable alternative to disposable period products.
Four layers, each with a job. The organic cotton liner against your skin pulls moisture away fast, the absorbent layer draws it in and locks it away, the leak-proof layer stops anything getting through, and the organic cotton outer keeps the whole thing soft and breathable.
Same as our regular knickers - check our knicker size guide to find your best fit. If you already wear Snag knickers, get your usual size.
New to period pants? Start with 3 and see how they fit into your routine. If you want to wear them for your whole cycle, you'll probably want a few more.
No. The layer against your skin is designed to absorb moisture quickly, so you feel dry and comfortable rather than damp.
They've been fitted and tested across a wide range of body shapes for a secure fit, so leaks are unlikely - but like any period product, they can happen if the pants reach full capacity or the fit isn't right. Wearing your usual Snag size and picking the right flow level sorts most of it.
The liner has an antibacterial finish designed to reduce bacteria build-up - which is what causes odour - so you stay feeling fresh through wear.
Yes. That same antibacterial finish keeps bacteria build-up down and supports freshness and hygiene for as long as you're wearing them.
They're slightly thicker than our regular knickers because of the extra absorbent layers, but they're designed to feel like knickers, not padding - comfortable all day, with reliable protection built in.
That's a you question - it depends on your flow and how often you'd normally change your period products. Go by your own body.
Light holds up to 20ml, Medium up to 40ml and Heavy up to 60ml - for scale, an average tampon holds about 5ml. If you're not sure which you need, our absorbency guide has the full breakdown.
No - they're designed to work on their own, without disposable products. Some people like doubling up on heavier days for extra peace of mind, and that's fine too.
No - they're not designed for swimming.
Yes. All the fabrics we use in our Period Pants are OEKO-TEX® Standard certified, meaning they've been tested for harmful substances and are considered safe for skin contact.
Yes. The OEKO-TEX® certified fabrics we use are tested to make sure they're free from PFAS and other harmful substances.
They've been developed and tested specifically for period flow. We're always researching what else our products could do in future.
They've been wear-tested throughout development, across multiple sizes and a range of real body shapes, for comfort, fit and performance. That's also why we're asking for your feedback on this first run - the more bodies, the better the pants.

Period Pants aren't the only problem we've been busy fixing. Last week we launched SnagShield - knickers with a soft, discreet layer built in exactly where you need it, made for anyone whose tummy folds against itself or rests against their thighs. It stops skin-on-skin chafing without a single extra seam, and you can even trim it with scissors to fit your exact shape. Sizes 1 to 34, naturally.

Because our CEO Brie went looking for reusable period pants in her size and found nothing. The specialist brands stopped several sizes short, the high street stopped sooner still, and the message was the same everywhere: reusable period wear is for some bodies, and everyone else can make do with disposables. She took that personally, and sent our design team to work.
We're all trying to use less single-use stuff, and periods shouldn't be the exception. Nobody should be stuck with disposable pads and tampons month after month just because brands can't be bothered to make period underwear in their size. Reusable period pants are kinder to the planet and to your pocket - you wear them, wash them and wear them again, instead of sending another packet to landfill every cycle.
So we did what we always do. We engineered our period pants in every size from a US 1 to a 34 - each size built and wear-tested on real bodies, not scaled up from a sample and hoped for the best. There are three absorbencies to carry you through a whole cycle, from light days to heavy flow, with a leak-proof layer, moisture-wicking organic cotton against your skin and the same fit as the Snag knickers you already know.
People of every size need proper period wear, and deserve it. This first run is us proving it can be made - and made well. If you've been waiting for leak-proof knickers that actually come in your size, they're here.
