Orders
Can I track my Snag order?
Yes, all US shipping offers tracked delivery, click the link in your dispatch email to see the status of your order.
Your dispatch email has an estimated delivery date to give you an idea of when your parcel will arrive. These dates are not set in stone and your order can arrive slightly before or slightly after these dates.
Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
We’ll do our best! Orders can only be changed before your parcel starts it’s journey through the warehouse. Let us know what you need to change and we’ll see if we can catch it. We’ll update you by email. Contact Customer Services as soon as possible: hello@snagtights.com
I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?
Sorry about that. First up, check both your order confirmation and packing slip contained in your order to verify the item that is missing. Then please reach out to customer service who can help you. Email: hello@snagtights.com.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take at Snag?
That depends on where you live and where the order is shipped from. Currently some items are shipping from the USA some from the UK. There are estimated delivery times as a guide below.
Standard - 3-11 Business days
Priority - 2-3 Business days
UPS Overnight - 1 Business day
For international orders standard shipping takes from 5 - 20 days on average
How much is shipping?
We always offer the cheapest, but best shipping available. There are several options available:
Standard - $7.99
Priority - $15.99
UPS Overnight - $84.99
We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.
Where are my items being sent from?
We try our best to send everything from our US warehouse. In some cases, such as newly released products, we may send your items from our UK warehouse. This allows us to offer our full product range.
If we are sending items from our UK warehouse, we will indicate this on the shipping details page at checkout.
There are no additional charges for shipping from the UK.
Can I change items in my order after I have placed it?
We’ll do our best! Orders can only be changed before your parcel starts it’s journey through the warehouse. Let us know what you need to change and we’ll see if we can catch it. We’ll update you by email. Contact Customer Services as soon as possible: hello@snagtights.com
I have a problem with an item, what do I do?
Get in touch with the customer service team who will be more than happy to help. Send your order details and some pics of the problem. You can contact Customer Services through email at hello@snagtights.com.
How can I return items?
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return something, here’s how it works:
✅ You have 90 days to return eligible items
🩲 Intimates (Tights, Chub Rubs, Smoothwear & Underwear) – We can only accept returns if the items haven’t been tried on.
👗 Clothing & Bras – These can be tried on, but they must be returned in brand-new condition with all tags and labels still attached. See notes regarding garments bags.
👙 Swimwear – You can try on swimwear, but the hygiene strip must remain in place for us to accept the return.
Important Notes:
- If your item came with a garment bag, please include it in your return. Missing garment bags will result in your return not being accepted.
- Any items showing signs of wear (such as stains, odors, or damage) will not be accepted for return.
How to Return
- Fill out our Returns Form to get started.
- You’ll need to cover the return postage costs, and items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend keeping proof of postage!
- Once we receive your return, our team will check it and get in touch to process your refund or exchange.
Please note: We cannot accept collection fees, and any unpaid fees may delay your return.
We’re currently only able to accept returns back to our UK warehouse 🇬🇧.

Tariffs
Will there be tariffs on my order?
From May 2nd, 2025, new rules mean that tariffs apply to Snag parcels containing items made in China, even if it’s just one item. This is because the de minimis threshold (which used to allow orders under $800 to pass through tariff-free) has been removed for anything thats made in China
How much are the tariffs?
Tariffs are charged per item at a rate depending on where the item was made.
Products made in China like our swimwear and smoothwear are charged a 145% tariff.
Products made in the EU like our tights are charged a 10% tariff.
Products made in Turkey like our leggings and skirts are also charged a 10% tariff.
IMPORTANT - Tariffs only apply if you have at least one item in your order that is made in China. If your order doesn't contain any products made in China, the de minimis still applies and you will NOT be charged tariffs
When am I charged the tariffs?
Tariffs are charged by US Customs when your Snag order enters the United States. Snag doesn't add anything to the cost of your order related to tariffs.
How do I pay the tariffs?
When your Snag order arrives in the United States the courier company will contact you by email to tell you how much you need to pay and how to make the payment. Most courier companies also charge an administrative fee for processing the tariffs. Snag has no control over these fees.
What if I don't pay the tariffs?
US Customs won't let your order into the country unless you pay the tariff. If you don't pay the tariff your order will eventually be sent back to our warehouse in the UK. Once its returned our team will contact you to see how you want to proceed.
How do I know its not a scam?
Unfortunately lots of scammers are trying to take advantage of the confusion around the tariffs, so please be careful. If you receive a message about tariffs on your Snag order and you have any doubt at all, please contacthello@snagtights.comto check that its genuine. Snag can’t take responsibility for any mistaken payments.
Sizing
How do I pick the right size Snag tights?
All you need is your height, dress size and body shape, it’s that easy. Then find them on our size chart below and there's your Snag size.

How do I pick the right maternity Snag tights size?
We usually recommend getting a size up from your usual Snag size so that you can grow into them. A few of our customers who are normally a size F or G have said that sticking to the same size even when pregnant has worked for them as F and G are made to be even stretchier than A to E.
Product Info
How do I care for my Snag tights?
We recommend washing them on their own for the first time, and washing them before wearing them as the colour does not always, but may transfer. Officially, you should hand wash them using a 'non-aggressive detergent'. As busy people, we usually stick them on a 86ºF wash, with similar colors, inside our specially made wash bags (don't forget to add one to your order), or you can even use a pillowcase or lingerie bag. When drying them, please take care, squeeze dry only and avoid direct heat, as it can degrade the stretch.
What materials are used in Snag clothes?
All product compositions are listed on the individual products. We always aim to source the most ethical and sustainable raw materials.
Are Snag clothes suitable for men?
Yes!. Snag clothes are suitable for everyone.
Do Snag sell medical compression tights?
No, medical compression tights are a made to measure item with different specification depending on the wearer. But we do sell light compression tights that are perfect for people who are on their feet all day.

Do Snag do discount codes?
You get the best price, always, so no discount codes are needed. There are multi-buy discounts on all products that are automatically applied at the checkout.

Why don't we use Pay later services like Klarna?
Sustainably is the goal for Snag, not just in business, but in everyday life as well. Pay later services like Klarna and AfterPay don't promote sustainable living, in fact they do the opposite of that. So we don't use them.
